The historical capital of Bohemia proper leaves too many photos to be taken. With that, it also seems impossible to capture the full beauty of modern Prague. The 4th Czechoslovakian Writers’ Congress in 1967 took a strong stand against a controlled state, this gallery is in honor of that meeting and the beginning of the “Prague Spring.”

What is the story behind the hanging man?
It depicts Sigmund Freud in this, the human condition, related to our need to consciously make the decision to live or let go. Also, it is supposed to question the status quo.

The poor guards have to have the sunglasses when the sun shines straight into their eyes at certain hours of the day – great photos!
